SAUDI KAYAN begins trial operations at ethylene glycol and polypropylene plants

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company (SAUDI KAYAN) has announced the start-up of trail operations of the ethylene glycol and polypropylene plants at its complex at Jubail Industrial City as of August 4.

The announcement was made by Mutlaq Al-Morished, SAUDI KAYAN Chairman and SABIC Executive Vice President,Finance, who praised the efforts of all employees and project contractors to achieve this milestone. His announcement also referred to the previously announced startup of trial operations at the olefins plant, which will furnish part of its production to be used as feedstock for the ethylene glycol and polypropylene plants.
