Spolchemie will raise prices of all epoxy resins by a minimum of 200 Euro/MT effective June 1

This increase is in addition to all previous price increase announcements.

There is currently a serious shortage of epoxy resins and bisphenol A on the market. Costs continue to spiral upwards, we are fully loaded and have been on allocation since the beginning of the year. This price increase is absolutely necessary to recover raw material cost increases and restore margins to more sustainable levels. We expect the current shortages to continue throughout Q2 2010 and further price increases are anticipated.
