The 24th International Plastics Technology Colloquium of the IKV Institute of Plastics Processing is being held in the Eurogress, Aachen, from 20 to 21 February 2008. The IKV is inviting experts from the plastics sector all over the globe to this rendezvous for the plastics world, which looks back on a long tradition.
Under the motto “Today’s Ideas – Tomorrow’s Technologies”, the IKV will be presenting its latest research results from the fields of injection moulding, extrusion, rubber technology, part design and materials technology, composites and polyurethane.
Plastics-industry experts with an excellent track record will ensure that the event has a close bearing on practice. Acting as moderators, they will deliver an introductory statement on each of the focal topics from the viewpoint of industry. The discussions will focus on the innovation potential of the contributions and its transfer into new technologies.
